Lyceum Speaker : The Business of the Rodeo with Stan Horton February 6 | 12 p.m. $40 Stan Horton currently serves as a Vice President for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. In this leadership capacity, he helps guide the organization’s overall strategic direction, fosters community engagement, and supports its core mission of promoting agriculture, providing educational scholarships, and celebrating Western heritage. He has also been notably involved with the Rodeo’s Speaker’s Committee, overseeing volunteers who raise awareness of the Rodeo’s impact throughout the community.

You and your special someone can enjoy an unforgettable dining experience with your choice of: ✨ Seared Brown Butter Halibut OR ✨ Carbon Steel Sirloin Steak Au Poivre Both options are carefully crafted with premium ingredients, making your Valentine's Day dinner one to remember. How it works: When you reserve your spot, you’ll receive an email from our Member Experience Director Barbara to select your preferred entrée—either Halibut or Steak. Dinner will be served at 6pm, and specialty cocktails and wine by the bottle will be offered during service.
